Post Match Presentation.

Sarfaraz Ahmed has this to say after his side have been eliminated: “We didn’t get a good start with the bat, and never gained the momentum. We couldn’t get the team combination right this season, especially with the foreign players. And this was a reason why we couldn’t get the results in our favour.”

Shan Masood is the Player of the Match: “It makes your job easier when you’ve got batsmen performing. Whoever would get the momentum today was decided to take the team through. I want to learn, and want to score runs for my team wherever I play.”

Here’s Mohammad Rizwan, the winning captain, who also wins the Hanif Mohammad cap for most runs this season: “We play 10 matches, so you need momentum somewhere. We didn’t get that in Karachi but have gelled well here in Abu Dhabi. Someone or the other keeps performing, and that’s giving us the results.”
